We provide IT services such as software development, web solutions, consulting, and support. Project details (scope, pricing, and timelines) will always be defined in a written agreement or proposal.

Payment Terms

• Fees will be clearly stated in our proposals or invoices.
• Payments are due in USD (for US clients) or INR (for Indian clients) via approved methods.
• A kick-off amount is non-refundable.
• Late or missed payments may pause or delay services.
• For Indian clients, 18% GST will be added to the cost.

Intellectual Property

• Content and data you provide remain yours.
• Deliverables become yours once full payment is received.
• Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methods remain our property.

Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and keep all project-related information confidential. Both parties agree to safeguard sensitive information shared during the engagement.

Ending Our Work Together

Either party may end a project by giving written notice. Work completed and payments due up to the termination date will still apply.
